outsiders? I mean, are there enough to go around? Or is it forbidden by TLC
anyway.

I’d go more on the side of never to be released. Although I’m assuming that
could change...
I think TLC wouldn’t be too keen on them being obtained by
non-employees.
This is all conjecture/opinion though.
