Man, did I love that game! It was a blast, the crossbow on the ground, the
catapault, you building the various castles and people and the like. I ended
up using a bunch of checkers as buffers, and a few various other items in my
useless stuff. Dominoes, other wood blocks worked well too. You had those
disks with the faces of the different sides, those were the ammo. My firend
and I played with that a lot when we needed a break from the LEGO bricks! : )
If I remember it right, it had sverasl loose plastic bricks and towers and
stuff, so using LEGO items would be harder, I think. Besides, who wnts to
use up good minifigs for the men? : )
Ah, the fun old days. I think they came back recently, I saw them not too
long ago.
