POV-RAY automatically "saves" the image as a BitMap file ("*.bmp")
in the directory that you specified when you installed POVRAY
(in my case, it was "\povray\images\").
You must then use the image/photo editor of your choice
to convert the diskspace-intensive bitmap to a more space-friendly
format, such as JPEG ("*.jpg") or GIF ("*.gif").
I usually use MS Photo Editor simply 'cuz it's already
installed on my PC. (If I had something better, I'd use that
instead.)
