How can i know how much time will take to render XYZ.POV file?

Try to render it at a small resulution, and then estimate the time
needed to render it all by multiplying the time for the small one with
the size increase you are planning.

Take an example: Render the image at 120x80 pixels.  Let's assume that
this took 29 seconds.  Now, you want to render it at 1200x800.  This
is an hundred times as large image, so it will take approximately
29*10*10 = 2900 seconds to render it all.  Thats about 45 minutes.

This method will overestimate the rendering time, as POV-Ray uses some
time to set up the data structure and so on in the beginning.
