Naa, that's not a bug, the scanning function destroy and rebuild all
internal file caches. This also resets the internal project buffer - that's
wy you model is lost and you get the initial comment lines.
Just what's important in this case is that you have been warned before ?
Have you been asked if you like to save your file?

Then all the parts in the open model disappeared, but not the first four comments, nor the parts listings on the left of the screen. I would assume this is a (...)
