1) Movement of parts is somehow weard and wrong when done on the screen
2) Movement of parts using the tool-bar follows the part not the actual
view

Here's another part-movement bug for you.  When moving multiple parts the
keyboard ALWAYS defaults to the fine grid setting, regardless of which grid
you're currently using.  Using the mouse to move the same group of parts
still operates with the currently selected grid settings.
