Hi,
I just updated the MLCad.ini file accordingly to the latest LDraw.org parts
update 2004-02. The .ini file defines the parts available in MLCad's minifigure
generator.

| (...) Hi Willy (and Mike!) I wish to request permission to let my planned animation tool use MLCad.ini as a reference when creating and animating minifigs. I plan to let the program access the file from the MLCad folder in "read-only" mode, that is, (...) (21 years ago, 25-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
