As I tried to explain here http://news.lugnet.com/cad/dev/org/ldraw/?n=2914,
issuing a "numbers report" in the midst of a parts update is meaningless, and
you have carried the biased 2004-03-02 counts forward into this report. During
the parts update a whole slew of files get temporarily held to prevent them
going into the update. A more meaningful comaprison would be:

2004-02-24: 264 / 252 / 477 / 488 / 132 (1,613)
Plus/Minus: -155 / +23 / -5 / +8 / -1 (-134)
