I like the folder tabs, but right now is not the time to be discussing changes
to the site's look and feel. That's the lowest priority item on my to do list,
because of the facelift the site just got. Plus, the way the site is set up
right now, it would be difficult to update the layout site-wide.
The site is easy to update navigation content site-wide, not the look.
Also, the Reference section will retain its name, as will the Documentation
section (they won't switch).
