Ok, ok, sorry to anyone who couldn't run this program. I have no idea why the qtinf70.dll is needed to run L3P Enhancer, it shouldn't be needed at all. I'm investigating the reason why. In the mean time, here's an installer that will allow you to (...) (21 years ago, 2-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) You're using Delphi 7, right? You have some time during your development dropped a component from the CLX library on your form. Even if the component is not there any more, the file name will still be in your 'uses' clause. Search all the (...) (21 years ago, 2-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) Thanks for the assistance but I already investigated that avenue. I'm using some components from the JEDI VCL Library and I'm fairly certain these are causing the qtinf70.dll to be required (though I still don't know why since we used the same (...) (21 years ago, 2-Sep-03, to lugnet.cad.dev)
