The Parts Tracker now offers "File Check", a way to check part files from
your local hard drive. Anyone can use File Check, no userid is required.
It is separate from the Submit function.
See it at <http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptfilecheck.cgi>. It's also
available by clicking "File Check" from any Parts Tracker menu.
File Check performs the same syntax tests as Submit. It also performs an
'L3P -check' operation. All results are displayed.
The webpage is not completely polished. Along with other small oddities,
please be aware that File Check does not look in the unofficial parts
library for subfiles. It also doesn't look on your hard drive for
unofficial subfiles.
