When using L3PAO to do the Beretta this week, I noticed a few issues here and
there, so I compiled an update.

Version 1.3
-----------
Fixed yet another error in the command line generator. If the path to l3p
was the same as the path to L3PAO, it was supposed to be removed from the front
of the command line. This wasn't functioning correctly, missing a backslash in
the logic.
Corrected an error in the background color option. The RGB values weren't
getting converted to POV format (RGB/255) correctly.
Expanded the file name boxes. Since L3PAO now supports long file names it helps
to have a larger filename box.
Expanded the command line line textbox to 3 lines.
I've noticed that while the 32-bit version of L3P *does* support long file
names, there appears to be a limit of around 25 characters (which is shorter
than that of Windows). I've had a few occasions with particularly long names
where L3P will not process, so if you have a very long name and L3P fails, try
truncating it to 25 characters or less.
