Problems with RTE200 Error Instructions

I've gotten a couple emails from people who have followed the RTE200 Error
instructions on ldraw.org (http://www.ldraw.org/download/start/rte200.html).
I thought that I wrote them the best I could, and had them checked over by
the group. Has anyone else had these problems? And, does anyone who is
LDraw-savvy enough know where a potential problem is?
