okay.. time for the first release.. anyone using 3DSMAX to model elements
should be able to get some nice use out of this util...

it requires the use of a freeware ASCII export plugin which can also be found
at the page... check it out... and, as usual, any comments, questions or
suggestions are always welcome
all three of the tires i upped to the newsgroups this week were modeled in MAX
and converted over... a little post-tweaking and they were ready to go... i'm
pretty happy with the progress so far...
