Sorry, forgot that. I have always wondered why people would
sort by number (filename).

Yes and Yes. I think that "~Moved to" is a keyword comparable
to "STEP" and "ROTATE" and should be taken very literally.
"~Moved to" is the only way to see that it is a moved part,
because shortcuts will also be used with the new part library
number scheme? (A shortcut is a one line part:
"1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 xxx.dat")
