Well, it tells you the extent and position of the model,
which I find indispensable when trying to place several
models in a scene.

That makes sense.  I will take a closer look at it.  I have gotten into the
habit of using LEdit coordinates as a reference for scene locations.  Done
right, it is a handy way of figuring out translation coordinates for various
elements.
