I've been thinking about that talk of limiting the colour definitions in
LDConfig.ldr to part colours with a few expectations, and I agree with that.
But I wish to throw in an idea that I don't even believe in myself but yet want
to air. Is it possible to define the caracteristics of say red LED's, since they
are part of some LEGO parts? If this is possible, it means we probably have to
declare two colours for each LED colour; ON and OFF state.
In other words, would it be possible to define all the extra parameters required
to create light emitting objects within the current limits of LDConfig's syntax
standard? I guess the LUMINANCE could be a key parameter, but I could be wrong.
Just an idea. I don't think it's possible, but it sure would be handy I think.
