I have improved my Coverer utility:
- Corrected a bug that sometimes created an extraneous - and wrong - conditional line.
- Added -b bias parameter
The bias parameter allows to control how the surface spreads on the two support
lines. For example this creased surface (no -b specified)
can be improved with -b 4:
- Improved output format: at last I found a simple way to suppress trailing 0’s in my tools. So instead of
3 16 1.910000 -19.620000 -9.200000 0.000000 -20.000000 -10.000000 5.176000
-19.318000 -10.000000
you’ll get
3 16 1.91 -19.62 -9.2 0 -20 -10 5.176 -19.318 -10
This improvement was also done on several other tools (Isecalc, Projector,
Intersector, Ytruder).
