i have just made a new program, ldraw circle creator.
it can make rings,edges and discs. support for not disks and other things is
comming later.
it uses the algorithims that steve posted to cad.dev recently.
it is written in delphi (i translated steves code from vb to delphi).
if you want the source or the exe drop me a line.
it will be on my web site as soon as i can get it up.
i have not written any docs for the program yet but it should be easy to use.
documentation is on the way and will be on my site when i put it up.
