This look OK, but is not consistent with the other 2-4ring* primitives. Yours
comprises the two quadrants in the -z direction - for consistency I believe it
should comprise the two quadrants in the +z direction.
This already exists in the unoffcial parts download, as I needed to make it for
the Classic Space bendy arm holder bricks

I'm not sure why you would need a 2-4cyli2.dat - how would this differ from a
scaled up 2-4cyli.dat ?
