I haven't looked yet, but John Jensen says he needs this file for 2951. Be sure to store this in a \48\ subdirectory, or LDraw won't find it. I guess this is the place for this. Here is a hi-res version of one of the ring primitives. I based it on the ones already in the p\48 subdirectory so hopefully it's OK.
