I have made a model which incorporates this part. You can download
the complete model source at

WARNING: The part is a very low quality mockup, and should not be
considered a "real" part.
I'm also unsure about the orientation of the part. It should span the
XY plane, but I'm not sure if I did it correctly when I composed the
mockup.
Also note that there are some other unofficial parts included that are
probably oriented wrongly, so take care not to put these in your LDraw
path.

You didn't, this newsgroup is for posting DAT contents. I would use
lugnet.cad.
