The LDraw Standards Committee (LSC) has ratified the CATEGORY and KEYWORD
language extension.
The most major change between the ratified specification and the de-facto
standard is to officially move the creation of new part categories away from
the LSC to the PT Admins (who to all intents and purposes were doing this
job anyway)
