The best I can tell it seems to be dimensionally accurate. Here is a small test
file. See if it matches how you are using it.

I just had the propellor in the wrong place. also just so you know, ldraw color number 36 is clear red, not clear fluro orange. #44 is clear fluro orange. mlcad defines #57 as clear fluro orange but (...) (25 years ago, 11-Dec-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
