I still have a little bit of work to do on this part but I thought I'd share
my progress with you.
For the hand angle, I use this post:

I think I made the cuff diameter too small (3 ldu vice 3.5) but fixing it at
the stage would be too time consuming, plus it's alsmost unnoticeable with
such a small part.
