I'd stick with 'Minifig Hips and Legs Short'. This will contrast nicely
with 'Minifig Hips and Legs (Complete)', IMO.

We need to decide on a standard for plurals for keywords. Having a
bunch of entries like 'x, xs' is going to get old.
