After you download COMPLETE.EXE, did you execute it?
If you executed it, did you execute it in the right location (usually from
C:\>, not C:\LDRAW> )?
Did you search your hard drive for 6219.dat? If you ran COMPLETE.EXE, but
in the wrong location, 6219.dat will be located somewhere on the hard drive,
in a directory like C:\.....\ldraw\parts\6219.dat. You'll want to copy (use
Explorer or whatever) all the files/directories under the C:\.....\ldraw
directory to your regular LDraw installation.
