Hi Dan,
I'm an 'occasional' parts writer (author) and there are (if i'm right) 2
ways to submit new parts:
1) As an 'Expert' getting a userID or
2) if you don't want to mess in the PT, sending them to parts@ldraw.org
Perhaps i did something wrong when sending the parts to parts@ldraw.org
I atached the 2 .DAT files and placed a picture of the part in the e-mail.
Better that i shouldn't do this?
I can do now 3 things:
Waiting for a message from Steve Bliss on what to do or,
Ask for a userID or,
retry the mail, now ataching the .DAT files without a picture in the mail.
I notice on http://www.ldraw.org/library/tracker/ that there's an e-mail
address on this page directing at parts@ldraw.org so this e-mail address
should be valid (existing).
Regards,
Ludo
