Definitely go with "Minifig".
The earlier version should be 3962a.dat, whichever one that is.
And yes, James wrote the Town Radio file.
BTW, I re-titled all the "Town" parts awhile ago, and posted them to the new
parts tracker. As part of these updates, Town Radio was changed to Minifig
Radio. There were some other changes in the header, so please grab the
newer header lines from the file at (let's see if I can get this right):

Ack. The URL is good, but *why* did I change the name to Minifig Accessory
Radio? "Minifig Radio" is better, I think.
