Here is a quick throw together for the Minifig Signal Holder. I did "cheat"
some with a couple primitives. Let me know if I need to break them down and
work on it more.
The way it is, it should render quite nicely.

| (...) The edge lines from the handle extend into the circular panel. This won't look too good if the part is transparent. Plus the angle of entry for the edge lines is narrow so it throws off the edge line offset in ldglite at certain viewing (...) (24 years ago, 7-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
