This uses the stud7.dat and stud8.dat primitives, recently posted here.  You
can also get these primitives from my site:

Fast-draw versions of these primitives are also there:

The stud7.dats that I'm referencing here are likely not the final versions,
but should be compatible.  I'd like to think that the stud8.dat primitives
are final.

The interior features need their top edges properly mapped to the underside
of the curves, and I need to tweak the splits of the side surfaces.  But the
part is useable as-is.
