Steve Bliss proposed that idea. One intent is to add an alternate way of
searching for pieces by common keywords associated with that part.
So far, only Anders LDraw Part Search v3.51 usefully supports this idea.
Adding 0 CATEGORY or 0 KEYWORD lines is not required for new files, but it is a
good idea.
