If you post the an MPD version of the part file, it would be easier to
view with the subfiles and all.
Other than that, please note that the steering wheel should be
centered in the origin. That would make it easier to insert in a
model.
Round things like this normally span the X-Y-plane, for example the
pulleys and wheels. On the other hand, the 2819 Technic Steering
Small spans the X-Z-plane, like your file, so it's not obvious to me
what is correct.
It would probably be best to use the orientation and insertion point
from the 2819, meaning that it should have the cross axle hole in the
centre and should have the base of the studs exactly in the X-Z-plane
(where Y=0). Take a look at 2819 if this is unclear.
Other than these nitpicks, the part looks good to me so far. Thanks
for you modelling effort!
