I have noticed this specific problem myself, but never gave it any attention, because like you say it is only visible from the side. It is (...) (23 years ago, 31-Aug-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Now that you mention it, there is also a problem with part #3660 (Slope Brick 45 2 x 2 Inverted ), but only when viewed from the side. Has '30565' listed on the bottom of the actual piece. Lego's part #? Anyways, my example came out of the Star Wars model # 7106 DROID ESCAPE.
