A first shot at our '91 Caprice.
The proportions aren't perfect;
the roof is too wide, but making the
windows+roof 1 stud narrower disturbs the
side lines; the front and rear overhangs
need to be about 1/2 stud longer, which might
also accomodate some tricks to size
the headlights and grille correctly.
The cabin is 70s-style pre-minifig-as-driver
solid. The car is 5 wide, plus 1/2 plate of
cladding on each side, with a 5-wide front axle
and 4-wide rear for the low 91/92-style
rear wheelarches (approximations thereof).
** To give the car the the proper tilt, the
rear axle is 1 plate lower than the front axle
(at a distance of 160 LDU), and the car needs to
be rotated accordingly for the correct look.
In a common color (not the dk-gray ours is) this
might be buildable.
I'm not sure how wide it would be in "proper"
minifig scale, as it seats 3 across, front and rear.
