It conceivable.  I haven't put it in the town yet, so it may actually be too
big.  I've got the space for it, but it may look out of place being so large.
It's a government building, so it's supposed to look oversized, with 12-15
foot ceilings and such--the better to intimidate the citizens.

(...) too (...) large. (...) It's just perfect--and it's smaller than what *I* was planning, that's for sure. Actually reminds me of a building back home. I like how you made it modular.
