The main file is Town.ldr
The subfiles of Town.ldr are 15 separate sections, unfortunately not as
modular as the Moonbase Project for example, and Townpeep.ldr with some
people and vehicles.
I have made a map over the Town??.ldr submodels:

As you can see, the sections are not at all modular but very much
overlapping. On the other hand, few towns are very modular.

Wow! I don't know how you do that and of course don't know if it is possible
to do likewise with Datsville. Sorry, can't help.
