(...) Yes, either follow the directions or do it logically (i.e. easy to follow and build for someone without the instructions). Also, Could you try to have the minifig hold the control sticks? The only problem that I have with this model, aside from being just a virtual model, is the lack of landing gear (rather common in my models).
