  Re: Is there anything else...?

(...) You misunderstood me. I mean that there are so many non-SF things to build, like houses, shops, castles, wind-mills, cars, trains, boats, aeroplanes, dinosaurs, mosaic patterns, you name it. But like I said, space crafts and robots are cool, (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: A more realistic DATSVILLE dumptruck(dumpTr.dat)

That looks ok but mine looks more like a dump truck like you might get down under. I especially hate the nose of the model. All of the dump trucks I have seen use front ends like a normal truck cab. Yours would be more appropriate on a front end (...) (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  MOC: Concept Hydroplane  [DAT]

(...) Well, this model is still a bit "spacey" but it's neither a fighter nor a mech--in fact, I think it looks like a high speed boat...(hence, the name hydroplane) The sides of the back fold open so that the keel can rotate up between them in (...)   A more realistic DATSVILLE dumptruck(dumpTr.dat)  [DAT]

Modified from Jonathans dumper, this has gastanks, and steps, plus a few "american" looking details. this might be seen in one of my upcoming scenes 0 Datsville Constructions Dump Truck Type 2 0 Author: Thomas Burger 0 Heavily Modified from Jonathan (...)   Re: Tracked Exploration Unit

(...) Wow! Another wicked model, Duane! I really like your models because they always have some sort of exploration/scientif...tilitarian element to them. BTW what happened to that huge exploration ship you were planning? Believe it or not, you (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: Is there anything

Tore Eriksson wrote in message <3885C9E7.8A9FE9B@mb...net.se>... (...) I recently built a mech (that looks more like SW walker) just to do it. I needed a break from the whole "starfighter" bit. I have built numerous space craft and posted them (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: Cauldron Born Battle Mech - (Ultra Modified)

(...) An actual review I cannot give, since I haven't got the parts for it:) But it sure looks good (made me yank mechwarrior out of the closet again:)) What sets did you use parts from? (25 years ago, 19-Jan-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Dave Eaton's Grand Piano  [DAT]

Well, Dave sent me some pictures of the grand piano he made so I could use it in an upcoming project. I decided, with his permision, to model it in LDraw so other people could benefit from its grandness. :) Anyway, here it is! Jeff 0 Dave Eaton's (...)
