Fast to build, fun(ny) to watch. Nothing too grand, but there was a call to
blow the dust off some unpublished .dats so...

If you build it you will see why it's called Penguin.

0 This section of design documentation is for my own reference. Many
0 times I have put hours into design, building, and taking apart only
0 to forget the design and the reasons behind it. There is nothing
0 more maddening then not being able to reproduce (in piece efficient
0 design) something that you drove around on your desk last month.

0
0 Design Goals:
0 Make a toy walker similar to a small wind-up toy
0
0 Design:
0 Nothing particularly interesting in the way of design. Just a
0 quick and fun model to build.
0
0 The original had bushings on the ends of the "feet". They served to
0 somewhat level out the walker and making it more upright by balancing
0 out the 90* catches that hold the "feet". These bushings were removed
0 because without them the walker "waddles" more, and is "cuter"
0 (definitely not my description).
0
0 Conclusions:
0
0 Fun, easy to build... and "cute" .
