Error in part 3867.dat? (Baseplate 16 x 16)

When I started to create a model using the
baseplates 3867, I noticed a stud missing.
Digging into the file I found the cause:
Line 244 said:
1 16 150 0 -13071 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 stud.dat
And this needs to be
1 16 150 0 -130 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 stud.dat
Did this corruption only happen to my file
(I don't change the files in the Parts and
P folders, only overwriting with official
updates) or is it included with the error
in the official parts library?
