I'm stuck with WebTV access for the next several days, and of course I can't
check out the posts to cad.dat.  Would it be at all feasable to add an option
to run LDLite on a .dat file at the LUBNET end and output the graphic file to
the browser?  Crazy idea, maybe, but it would be cool.

Someday when/if there is a Unix version of LDLITE, it would be possible --
if it had an option to write a GIF file to STDOUT.

(...) If I understood Paul Gyugyi correctly, the planned Linux/UNIX version of LDLITE will output the data in PPM format. It is a simple task to convert this to GIF, obviously. I'm looking forward to the day! :-) Fredrik (26 years ago, 12-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad)
