Hi Chris,
Hi Orion,
When reviewing the PT Minifig Hand I have assembled your two parts.
My opinion is that the Hand holder is too thin for the Minifig Arm.
Even if Minifig Arm is not in the PT you should contact to agree on the
measurements so that the two parts assemble correctly when released.
My empiric visual evaluation is that Hand holder should be a little larger,
but I let you discuss that one author to another.
