It doesn't exist yet, so far as I know.
(In fact, I thought that someone had, in fact, made "old [solid stud]" versions
of the first five "face" patterns, but I couldn't find the files here in
".cad"...)
It shouldn't be too hard to make.
I can tell you how to make them, if you're interested...
First, take a __copy__ of "3626a.dat".
Delete the half-cylinder used for the front half of the head.
Then, take a __copy__ of "3626bp01.dat".
Delete the reference for the subfile. Delete the type-5 conditional lines.
Delete the quads for above the top curve (i.e., quads with one or more
co-ordinates with a "Y"-axis less than 4).
Delete the quads for below the bottom curve (i.e., quads with one or more
co-ordinates with a "Y"-axis value more than 17).
All the code remaining should be for the "front" of the minifig face.
Splice the DAT code from these two files into your new DAT file.
/Voila!/
Franklin
