Why would one use such a sucky, license driven, compression when there
is divx?

Because divx is too complex and I have an app for making asf and is easy plus
it works is a old pc while divx need a lot of power.

Hi to all,

I have a small problem I'm working on a new test animation but since takes long
to render an animation with 25 frames also with 24 but I whould like to do it
in 15 frames pre second but mpeg is not compatible with that so I have to use
M$ avi but is too big from 10 second animation so I was thinking why not use
asf since you also don't like wmv or do use it in linux or mac so is ok I
use asf?
