Wow, you're right.  That was a bad choice.

Take a look at the color chart I posted in
<http://news.lugnet.com/cad/dat/ideas/?n=121>, and see if there's anything
you like there.  Especially check colors 320 through 335 - these are all
dithers with red.  Color 320 (red+black) looks likely, although it's
*really* dark on my monitor.  Color 326 (red+brown) might be good.  I
thought 328 (red+dark gray) would be a possibility, but it's too washed out.

Also, be aware that colors will differ between programs -- L3Lab's default
for color 12 is Orange (and I think L3P is the same).

Once we've got a new, better value picked out, we can update the information
in the LDraw FAQ.
