I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but, I am having a lot of trouble
trying to get BIT to work.
I keep getting errors connecting to the server to verify my login. The error
number is 4165. I am on a corporate network with a fire wall and proxy
server. Is this a known problem?
What I am trying to achieve is to download the tool and instructions so I
can put them on a CD and take them home and load on my home PC. I don't
connect to the net at home. Is this possible?
