OK, my first tip is to put up a project homepage.
There you can enter progress (or lack thereof) reports, questions, help inqueries and so on. But of course, the fastest
way to get answers is to post the questions here.
Just don't put too much effort on the webpage.
That's my 50-öre thoughts
