I just took a chance -- posted yet another update without noting it on the
web page.

Selecting bricks is 2 times faster. Dumb bug.

Also, if you open a file named like "*.CGI" it renames the file for you, to
a more
sensible name if the file contains either a FILE or NAME keyword. You
commonly get these files named LDRAW.CGI if you click on the "DAT" link for
models posted on LUGNET. I hate renaming those files so I put this feature in.

Mysterious: I have got a 33% speedup in drawing when running 2 copies of the
app at once. Passing strange...

This is an LDRAW compatible program I am developing for MacOS 8 and 9.

In this version:

Much, must faster at loading multi-file models like the circus and centurion
examples.
(Still no mpd support.) Maybe some new color issues with submodels.
The drag behavior is changed (and it will change again...)
There's a file loading progress window. (Still no Save function.)
Subparts load ok. Bowties are fixed. At last, Minifigs look great!

There's a complete, up to date parts archive in Stuffit format you can download.

This is still a development stage program, but it works pretty good as a viewer.
It's not an editor, yet.

In the near future, a "stable" version will have a web page under www.ldraw.org.
(I'm not sure there is a stable version yet.)
