I'm not sure what's happening, I tried it just now, and it seems OK.
BTW, unless you're feeling brave, you should download the good version of
LDAO 2.1.4 from its temporary location. Get it at
<http://members.home.net/steve.bliss/ldao/test/ldaosetup.exe>.

I don't think there are any mirrors for LDAO.
